Melissa, the artist behind Made You Look Ceramics, crafts fine, functional pottery in Western Massachusetts. Produced in small, limited batches, each piece is entirely unique. Her work is rooted in the idea that functional objects can foster connection and community. With soft curves and strong lines, these vases invite moments of pause and presence in everyday life.
Every vase in this limited collection is hand-painted with thoughtfully selected glazes. While cohesive in look, each piece carries its own character—some with bold brushstrokes, all with organic movement and subtle variations in glaze and shape. No two are alike and all are absolutely stunning.
Each vase comes artfully filled with our standard or large bouquet. Our floral selections change weekly based on the season’s offerings and our creative inspiration. Colors and textures will vary, but our signature wild, airy, and whimsical aesthetic remains—highlighting specialty blooms and a nuanced appreciation for color.
